The management of G. Gongora & Sons Ltd, manufacturers of Tutsi Ideal products, recognizes the important role that their business operations can play in fostering community development especially with regards to youth development initiatives. Over the years, G. Gongora & Sons Ltd. have made several donations to facilitate the implementation of programs organized or affiliated with the Belize National Sports Council and Women's Department. Some of the organizations that have benefited include Remar, Salvation Army, Police Cadets, Youth Summer Camp Groups and Carnival Groups.

The management also partners with several schools mostly in Belize City who promote Tutsi line of products. Benefit to the schools comes in the form of donations and in-kind contributions to the schools. Furthermore, management recognizes that Belize is experiencing an increasing number of primary school dropouts. In response, future plans are in place to implement a scholarship program to assist under-privileged children while recognizing that introduction and sustainability will be more easily achievable through future growth prospects.
